DB Cohen has been travelling the world since he was 19. Living in the South Pacific, Japan, Australia, France, Austria, NZ and now Aylmer Quebec. DB's sound can be described as a mix of Bob Dylan, The Kinks, Chicago Blues, The Stones and Two-Tone Ska. His debut album 'Scratchcards & Wine'. Featured members from Florence & The Machine, James Taylor Quartet, The Specials and Adele. It earned international airplay and he went on to play huge audiences at festivals in England and Europe as well as London's iconic 100 Club & the Troubadour. D.B Cohen is endorsed by Mod fashion label Merc Clothing and recently signed a worldwide publishing deal with Fairwood Publishing. He's back in 2022 on Ramrock Records with a new Canadian Folk and Blues inspired album 'UNLEASHED' with contributions from Rockabilly legend Darrel Higham, Acadian fiddle player Joey Da Hat and Maple award winning bassist Laura Greenberg and members of Ottawa Blues royalty 'Wicked Grin'. This new LP follows on from DB's 10" vinyl 'FIND A WAY' released in Canada/U.S in 2019. His toe tapping original mix of Blues/Folk/Ska is proving popular in Canada where he's played City Folk festival and Ottawa's best venues with his all-Canadian brass laden 8-piece band.
